Welcome to Shubhithas Energy Solutions mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Shubhithas Energy Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Shubhithas Energy Solutions provides a mobile application platform that enables users to:

• Request and receive solar energy system quotations
• Track solar installation projects
• Communicate with our sales and support team
• Access proposals and project documentation
• Receive updates and notifications about their projects
• Schedule site surveys and consultations

3. User Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your account

4. User Obligations and Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

4.2 Content Standards

Any content you submit through the App (messages, photos, documents) must be accurate, respectful, and must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal material.

5.2 No Obligation

Requesting a quotation through the App does not obligate you to purchase our services, nor does it obligate us to provide services at the quoted price if conditions change.

• Solar installation services are subject to separate written agreements
• The App facilitates quotation and project tracking only
• Actual installation terms, warranties, and conditions will be outlined in a formal contract

6.2 Site Surveys

• Site surveys may be required before final quotation
• You agree to provide accurate property information and access for surveys
• Survey results may affect final pricing and feasibility

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:

• Software code, design, graphics, and user interface
• Logos, trademarks, and branding

are owned by Shubhithas Energy Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to:

• Collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy
• Use of Firebase and Google services for app functionality
• Storage of your data on secure cloud servers

• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHUBHITHAS ENERGY SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shubhithas Energy Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the App

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the App settings or by contacting us at hi@saipreetham.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the App or our services
• Extended periods of inactivity

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Sending a push notification through the App
• Displaying a prominent notice in the App

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, Firebase). We are not responsible for:

• The content or practices of third-party services
• Any damage or loss caused by third-party services
• The availability or functionality of third-party services

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.3 Jurisdiction
